Profile
- > Specialized in the technical fields targeted (collective intelligences, cooperation and digital commons, facilitation methods, etc.)
- > Working in performing arts and are interested in the topics of the project
- > Trainer/coach specialized in the topics of the project and/or working with actors of the performing arts.
- > The person can be different for each hackathon (or the same)
It is interessting to mix the profiles : technical, trainee, artist.
It can be better if it is the same person for all the Hackathon (but is not necessary).
The idea is also to use methods from the performing art sector, in order to have:
-> artisitic approaches
-> technical approaches
-> training approaches
Zoom on the profile people from organization
Portugal :
Coach and trainer profile with experience in collaboration/cooperation. Chose to invite someone that will be present for the all four hackhathons. It's easier to manage.
Greece :
Chose to involve person from the team to work on the hackathons, which is possible but it is however interesting to involve other persons to broad the network.
Cyprus :
The ressource person will most certaintly be Irene.
France :
David (Technical / IT Coop skill) and Emeline (trainer and coop skills). Find it easier to cooperate when there is more than one, which is why they are two.
Both manage a training specified on cooperation, commons with the point on Creative Commons

What do we expect from the ressource person ?
- To share tools
- To share previous experience
- A person who agrees on a way of building and designing the content
- To be active / participate
- To lead some part of hackhaton / to contribute
- To develop our network/community / external communication
- To agree of the co-construction of the program
- To present drama technics to collaborate (use tools from the performing art too): use creative methods based on the arts as facilitating tools
- To be able to identify the issues blocking collaboration
Individual motivation :
It is important to treat this person as an expert to facilitate engagment. It must be a pleasure. The substance is important and the form too.
Has to see a real interest in participating in the project. For ex: to discover other culture, to develop the network,to learn about other tools.

External Communication
How to dessiminate the productions?
On this project, we plan to do the productions with digital tools using the Open Sources and Licences Creative Commons./!\ we have to pay attention ! The european project is specific -> during the project the productions belong to the European commission
An online meeting will be planned in order to organize in depth the communication strategy.

Proposition : Make an agreement on the topics, but the text should be written directly in the respective languages, in order to keep the tone and usual way to communicate.
-> will have to be discussed in the online meeting before the next Hackathon (to define the topics, issues, timing...)
-> do all partners have a newsletter? What do we do if not?

Only for events and for the beginning/end of the project.
-> we will have to set up a toolkit for all the partners to have a common baseline to present the project.

-> there will be a social media channel for the project. However each partner is free to use their own channel to reach their audience.

The video is to document all the process. Have to define what is expected from each partner? Made by a professional or the partners ?
